Hello lovely clients!

It’s that time of year again... the busy season for groomers! We’re already in full swing, and to help everything run smoothly (and to avoid any disappointment), we’ve put together a few friendly reminders for all upcoming appointments.


Arriving on Time

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, go through what you want for the groom and settle your pet.
Your appointment time is when the groom begins, not the arrival time.
Because our schedule is tightly booked, arriving late may mean we need to shorten or adjust the groom (e.g. a full groom changed to a bath & tidy) or, if there isn’t enough time left, the appointment may need to be cancelled.

We don’t “squeeze in” appointments or rush pets - their comfort and safety always comes first. Thank you for helping us keep the day running smoothly.

 


Cancellations & No-Shows

We completely understand that life gets busy, especially at this time of year. However, forgotten or missed appointments, as well as cancellations made within 48 hours, incur a fee of 50% of the booking cost. 

With the salon at full capacity, please keep in mind that cancelling your appointment may also result in limited availability or an inability to get a new appointment when trying to rebook during this peak period.

 


Change of Service

All appointments are booked with specific time allocations, and we don’t have flexibility at this time of year to change your pet’s service on the day. If you’re unsure about what you’ve booked or think you may need to adjust anything, please check in with us ahead of time. Thanks for your understanding!

 


Pick-Up Times

As we’re operating at maximum capacity, we kindly ask that all pets are collected within 30 minutes of receiving your “groom complete” text message.
This helps us keep the salon calm, comfortable, and safe for every pet in our care.

 


Appointment Lengths

Grooms during the festive season can take a little longer than usual due to the volume of pets and tighter scheduling. Please allow for some extra time in your day than usual.

We are always able to give a "heads up" text message during the groom if you need to have more notice for pick up 🐶💖
