Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds or exchanges will only be provided in the event that an item is not in its intended original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons due to our error.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and must have the original tag still attached. The item must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition.

If you are not sure what size to order, we can help you. We have a range of size charts on our website or please contact us via our website or by email.
Shipping
It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost and the original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend you use a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery back to us.
Non-returnable items
Custom collars & products, gift cards & sale items.
We cannot accept returns of any grooming products or items due to health and hygiene reasons.
Damages items
Please get email us at products@uncannyanimals.com.au and we will rectify this for you as soon as possible.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
